What’s actually in the box
Built around one question: will this keep a peptide stable for two days in transit?
Lyophilized for stability
Our peptides ship as freeze-dried powder, not solution. This form is far more resistant to temperature swings in transit than a reconstituted liquid.
Foam-walled insulation
Every cold-chain order is packed in a rigid foam liner with a gel ice pack, holding a stable internal temperature for well past the average transit window.
Discreet, unmarked exterior
Outer packaging carries no product names or branding. Tracking is sent the moment your label prints, so you always know where the order stands.
Shipping policy, in detail
The specifics — delivery issues, address errors, and international orders.
Is insulated shipping actually necessary?
Not strictly. Our peptides ship in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, which is significantly more stable than a reconstituted solution and can tolerate normal transit temperature swings without meaningful degradation.
We include foam insulation and an ice pack on cold-chain orders anyway, as an added layer of protection for anyone who wants it.
What happens if a package is delayed or lost?
We review delayed or lost shipments case by case. Contact our support team with your order number and we’ll work directly with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a reship.
Carrier transit estimates (such as FedEx 2-Day) reflect the carrier’s average delivery window and are not a guaranteed delivery date.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we begin fulfillment quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes after an order is placed.
Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address incur a $10 reshipment fee to cover return postage and relabeling.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. For shipping outside the US, reach out to our support team — international options and rates are evaluated on request and depend on destination.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is generated, usually the same day your order ships. Use it directly with the carrier for live status updates.
Questions about your order?
Our support team responds fast — usually same business day.
Shipping times are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed. Verified Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been dispatched. All products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human consumption.
