An On Hold order status is normal while we confirm payment. It will move to Processing once verified.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Your order includes the lyophilized peptide vial(s) you selected. All products are sold for laboratory research purposes only. No additional research supplies are provided with the order.
Orders placed before 1 PM EST ship the same day, Monday through Saturday. Orders after 1 PM ship the following business day. During peak volume, allow one extra day.
Standard carrier is FedEx 2-Day (free on orders over $200). Overnight and express options are available at checkout. USPS and UPS are available on request.
A tracking email is sent by end of day once your order is dispatched. You can also view it directly in your account under Orders. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or log into your account.

All our peptides are in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, which is specifically engineered for stability during transit. Short-term temperature fluctuations will not degrade a freeze-dried peptide — purity remains at ≥99%.
For extra peace of mind, we offer an optional insulated packaging upgrade with a styrofoam lining and an ice pack. Select it at checkout.
Lyophilized = stable without refrigeration in transitNo signature is required by default. Your package will be left at the delivery address. If signature is required for a specific order, it will be noted at checkout.
Unreconstituted (lyophilized) peptides should be stored at freezer temperatures between −8°C and −20°C. Under these conditions, peptides remain stable for 1–2+ years with minimal degradation.
Reconstituted (liquid) peptides should be refrigerated between 2°C and 6°C (standard fridge temperature) and used within 1–2 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Keep away from light and moistureLyophilized peptides stored correctly at −20°C are stable for 2 years or longer. Reconstituted peptides stored in the refrigerator are stable for approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on the peptide and solvent used.
